These fees will be assessed to your account and our team will contact you directly with payment instructions. Some communities also require your acknowledgement of the pool rules and guidelines prior to receiving pool access. Please visit your Portal for your community’s pool rules and associated fees.     How do I get a new pool key?

    To request your pool key please complete the web form on this page. This will be sent directly to our Pool Team who will be able to advise of the next steps needed. Please note that there may be a fee associated with your request.
    Requests are responded to in the order they are received.

    What do I do if my access key is not working at the pool?

    If your pool key is not working, please email pool@mycmg.com with your community name, your address, the number on your access device and the last time you scanned the device to try to access the pool.

    Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response from our Pool Team.

    What do I do if I am having Gate Fob/Remote issues?

    If your gate remote is not working, please email Gates@mycmg.com with the remote number, your community name and your property address.

    If your community gate is in need of repair, please contact maintenance@mycmg.com with your community name and any details on the gate’s condition.

    What are my pool hours?

    Many communities have this updated on Vine under ‘Announcements’.  Please log on to your Vine account to see what your pool hours are.  If you have any further questions or concerns, please email pool@mycmg.com for further assistance.

    How do I pay for my new key?

    The fee for your pool key will be charged to you homeowner account as needed.  Once this is charged, our Pool Team will email you an updated statement with payment directions.
